Women have the same space and opportunity as men across the organisation — in operations, management, and specialist roles. HOPI cooperates with external organisations supporting fairness and equality, including the Business & Professional Women network.

We help colleagues from Ukraine and their families settle in as they start their new life in the Czech Republic. Each year before Christmas, we get together for a shared dinner.

The annual HOPI Cup cycling event, the partnership with the Ride of the Kings cultural heritage event, and regular social events for employees — teambuilding, just less corporate.

HOPI Academy is our platform for learning, personal growth and career development — from onboarding through to leadership development. We also make everyday communication easier with our own app, HIP.
